Through Fit4Life HIIT Training you will gain access to LIVESTREAMING videos. Every week there will be videos uploaded. Best of all every workout is 35 min long! 35 minutes, that’s all it takes to leave you dripping in sweat and feeling powerful and strong!

You can either connect with me and we can do the workout together or you can do it later. Workout on your time, on your schedule, anytime and anywhere!

1. Is this a monthly subscription?

Yes, online streaming is a monthly subscription.

Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. You can do that on the website yourself by logging into your account or by contacting us and your membership will be immediately terminated.

Do I need any equipment?

Majority of the workouts are designed using body weight exercises. When you are the beginner you won’t need to use any weights.

As you progress, and to maximize your results, you may want to equip your home gym with a bench, set of 5 lb and 8 lb dumbbells, resistance band and ankle weights, but again to start training with us you do not need any equipment.

What is a live stream?

Live streams are an opportunity to workout real time with your trainers. During a live stream you can chat and engage with your trainer and the community. It’s a moment that brings us all together.


All live stream workouts are always saved in the video library, and you can do the workouts anytime you want. Train at your own schedule.

What if I miss a live stream?

Live streams are recorded and archived, available to you immediately after recording. You workout on your time and your schedule.

What is the class schedule?

The daily live classes are from:

  • MondayThursday 8 AM and 5:30 PM EST (HIIT with Klaudia)
  • Friday at 10 AM EST (HIIT with Klaudia)
  • Monday’s and Wednesday’s at 6:30 PM EST (ZUMBA classes with Angela)
  • Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at 6:30 PM EST (Strength and HIIT classes with Camila)

If you can not make it to any of the live classes please remember that live streams are recorded and archived, available to you immediately after recording. You workout on your time and your schedule.
